Aidah Bukubuza is a leading voice in digital transformation, innovation, and inclusive technology in Uganda and beyond. As the founding partner and team lead of the AYDIA Gender and Technology Initiative (AGTI), she has championed initiatives that advance digital skills, STEM education, and ethical technology use—particularly among women and youth. Her work has reached hundreds through collaborations with the U.S. Embassy in Kampala, Google Impact Amplifier, and Women Techmakers.

With over a decade of experience in ICT4D, Internet governance, and AI policy, Aidah brings deep expertise in using technology for social impact. She holds an MSc in Digital Information Management and Systems Innovation from the University of Leeds and a certification in Business, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University. A Chevening Scholar and Mandela Washington Fellow, Aidah is a trusted consultant and speaker on digital rights, online safety, and responsible innovation.
