Barbara MULWANAEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR NICE HOUSE OF PLASTICS

Barbara Mulwana is a Ugandan business leader, electrical engineer, and entrepreneur. She serves as Executive Director of Nice House of Plastics Ltd., part of the Mulwana Group, and holds board positions at Uganda Batteries Ltd., Jesa Farm Dairy, and Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited. In 2017, she became the first woman elected Chairperson of the Uganda Manufacturers’ Association (UMA). Mulwana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University, USA, and a certification from the Kellogg School of Management. She is recognised for her leadership in industry, mentoring women executives, and advancing Uganda’s private sector growth.
