Clément Martineau is the Co-Founder and Operations Director of IXAfrica, East Africa’s first hyperscale data centre campus based in Nairobi. With over a decade of experience in infrastructure development across Africa, Clément brings deep expertise in engineering, project management, and sustainable operations.

Before founding IXAfrica, he managed a large real estate portfolio at Orange Telkom Kenya and led development projects with Lighthouse Property Company. His background spans telecom, real estate, and digital infrastructure—anchored by a degree in Building Economics from ECOTEC Paris.

Clément is passionate about delivering resilient, energy-efficient facilities that power Africa’s digital future.
