Eric Semakula is a telecom expert with over eight years of experience in charging systems and intelligent network planning. As Senior Consultant at MTN Uganda, he leads a team focused on capacity planning and performance optimization for the company’s core network infrastructure. His work ensures the seamless delivery of mobile voice and data services to millions of customers.

Eric holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University and a strong technical foundation in ICT and telecommunications. Known for his leadership and strategic insight, he plays a critical role in driving MTN Uganda’s network resilience and growth.
