Grace Muliisa is a seasoned financial services executive with over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Ecobank Uganda, where she brings a strong track record in Commercial and Retail Banking, Risk Management, and strategic leadership.

Prior to joining Ecobank, Grace held key leadership roles at Stanbic Bank Uganda, most notably as Head of Personal and Business Banking. In this role, she was instrumental in driving the bank’s retail growth strategy and fostering the development of Commercial and SME Banking, areas she remains deeply passionate about.

Her career is defined by a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric service delivery. Known for her integrity and results-driven approach, Grace is dedicated to driving financial inclusion and supporting Uganda’s economic growth through accessible and transformative banking solutions.

At the helm of Ecobank Uganda, she continues to shape the bank’s strategic direction, leveraging her deep understanding of the local and regional financial landscape.
